Is AI Reshaping Jobs Too Quickly?

Hold on, I see both sides. AI is powerful, yes, but it can augment work instead of replacing it. In marketing, for instance, AI can do data crunching, but it can’t replace strategy or creativity. The real problem is that some companies are lazy they want total replacement instead of integrating AI responsibly. That’s the part we need to fight.
I don’t know, The problem is some industries aren’t like marketing. In trucking or manufacturing, AI literally can do everything humans used to do. There is no augmentation; it’s total replacement. If you’re telling people to “adapt,” what exactly are they supposed to adapt into?
